Responsibilities:

• • Provide technical leadership.
• • Perform development using Java, JavaScript and other relevant programming languages.

• • Provide technical mentorship to other developers.

Requirements:

• • Excellent knowledge of Java and JavaScript and common Java and JavaScript libraries.
• • Experience with Java, Python, and JavaScript
• • Spring Boot, SQL and Cloud experience required

This hands-on Business Analyst position will reside within the Firm’s Business Solutions department, providing major technology platform transformation and change management, where 20+ years of legacy technology and business process is undergoing a complex and strategic overhaul, focused on efficiency, sustainability and providing a competitive industry advantage.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Information Systems/Computer Science) or prior work experience
• • 4+ years’ experience in business analysis
• • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required
• • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• • Excellent documentation skills.
• • Planning and time management skills
• • Skilled multi-tasker with ability to manage numerous projects and tasks concurrently
• • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• • SQL and Database knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• • Develop Manual testcases from requirements and negative tests to uncover any possible production defects.
• • Researching issues in software through testing.
• • Communicate defects accurately and effectively to the team.
• • Collaborating with QA Team members and Software Developers to develop solutions.
• • Perform job duties with minimal supervision and escalate problems and concerns to leadership.
• • Facilitate and participate in all aspects of software testing including: regression testing, negative testing, interface testing, performance testing, UAT, etc.

• • Associates Degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent experience
• • 1-2 years of IT experience
• • Experience with sql queries is a plus.
